Application Information
Application to this program is accepted all year round. Admission to the program is a fair and competitive process.
Graduate Requirements
Applicants must have graduated from a medical school and have passed USMLE Step I, and Step 2 exams.
Visa Requirements
Applicants must be U.S. citizens or a Permanent Resident with Green Card.
Application Process
Step 1: Please make sure you have all the documents mentioned in the checklist below, as they will need to be uploaded while filling the online application form.
Step 2: Please fill out the online application form, the link to which is below.
Step 3: If you are selected for an interview, our Program Director will email you with the details.
Checklist of Documents
Please make sure you have the following documents scanned and ready for upload, before you fill out the online application form:
1. Scanned copy of a recent photo (passport size)
2. Resume in pdf/word format
3. Personal Statement (double space and limited to 2000 words)
4. ECFMG Certificate
5. Step 1 Score Report (Include copy of reverse side - performance profile)
6. Step 2 (CK and CS) Score Report (Include copy of reverse side - performance profile)
7. Medical School Diploma (with English translation if needed)
8. Medical School Transcript
9. MSPE
10.Three (3) Letters of Recommendation
11. Photo ID (Passport Page or Green Card)
12. BLS, ACLS, PALS Certification if available
