The Brunswick Hospital Center adult treatment program provides comprehensive psychiatric care in a safe, compassionate and structured environment for individuals 18 and older who have symptoms of psychiatric disorders that interfere with their ability to function and be safe on their own.
Our caring treatment team provides patients with the care and support needed to stabilize symptoms and help restore independence and quality of life using evidence based psychotherapeutic and pharmacological interventions that are individualized to meet the needs of the patient.
Individualized treatment plans for patients
Our treatment team performs a thorough assessment of physical and psychological health in order to determine treatment needs.
Patients receive 24 hour nursing care in a safe, therapeutic milieu and are encouraged to participate in the daily unit-based therapeutic programming and in the development of their discharge plan.
CASAC and mental health counsellors offer substance abuse counselling both individually and in a group setting to address coexisting substance abuse issues.
